My Ever-so-dearest Papa & Mummy's Visit To Australia

They brought bag-full of goodies, chinese herbs, biccies, candies and even a 5 litre Thermo cooking Pot to Australia for us.

Mummy cooked while Jun and I assisted in the Kitchen. A few things I cooked for her and cooked together with her too.

Homemade Chicken Rice
And Our Very Own Grilled Chicken (YUM!)

Have You Guessed it Right?

The Chicken.
(We don't have a good enough knife here so we couldn't chop it like "chicken rice store style", which my mummy often do back home.. so we cut into peices instead)

Dinner the next night...
We have been craving for a good sweet & sour fish...

The Mummy Cooked:
Barramundi And Dory Sweet & Sour Fish
Spicy Dried Shrimp Sambal French Bean with Minced Pork

I really dislike sweet & sour fish where it's like more batter then fish, and the fish.. is it really fish? And the sweet & sour sauce is very important.. I dislike those sticky bright red gooey time which is often too over powering and 'fake'.

So I made my own sweet & sour sauce to go with it. It was very welcomed by the family.

Both types of fish were lightly coated in corn flour and shallow fried.
